Position: Veterinary Technician (Full-Time or Part-Time)
As a Vet Tech at Ark Life, you'll play a vital role in caring for our feline and canine patients while making their experience as stress-free as possible.
What You'll Do:
Assist vets during exams and procedures
Handle and restrain animals using Fear Free techniques
Administer medications and treatments
Perform lab work and sample analysis
Keep accurate patient records
Educate pet owners on care and treatment
Maintain clean, organized treatment areas
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with cats and dogs (catheterization, animal husbandry, etc.)
Knowledge of veterinary procedures and terminology
Certification as a Veterinary Technician
Fear Free Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience with emergency/critical care is a plus
